How to make an appointment.
To make an appointment, you need a referral from your General Practitioner or medical specialist. If you are insured costs will be covered by your insurance company, but you always have to pay your deductible yourself. If you are insured by IZA, NV Unive, NV Zorgverzekeraar UMC, ONVZ, VGZ of Zekur, Zorg en Zekerheid, the invoice will be sent directly to your insurance by us, 3 months after the initial visit.
If you have an other Dutch insurance you will receive an invoice, three months after the initial consultation. You must submit this invoice to your insurance yourself and ask for reimbursement. You must pay to us what the insurance reimburses (including your own risk). At the clinic we will inform you in detail.
Unfortunately we cannot accept patients with an international insurance or insured by DSW Regeling Asielzoekers.
You can also book a private consultation, of which the fees will not be covered by your medical insurance. Please find our self pay packages to learn more.

Enter through the revolving doors, turn left before the reception. Take the elevator up to the first floor. Turn right and enter the waiting room. Please wait here until called.
